APPROACH
The visual direction for the film was guided by the warmth already present in the images and the relationships at the center of the story. The grade gently pushed the image toward warmer, rosier tones while keeping the overall treatment natural.
Across family gatherings, busy environments, and interviews, the goal was maintaining natural skin tones and creating enough separation for people to remain the visual focus of the frame.

The film relies heavily on available light across a wide range of locations and times of day. Instead of forcing those environments into a single look, the grade worked with the existing lighting in each scene, refining exposure and color where needed while preserving the character of the original image.
